What's Immersion Cooling?
Immersion cooling refers to the process of immersing servers, GPUs,
ASICs, and other IT hardware in a non-conductive fluid. The fluid
is a far more effective cooling medium than air is and so higher
efficiencies are achievable. Two-phase immersion cooling is similar
but the fluid boils on the hot components.
Why many large data centers have already moved or are considering
the move to immersion cooling?

What is Single phase liquid cooling?
The cooling liquid always maintains a liquid state during the
circulation and heat dissipation process, and does not undergo
phase change. After the low-temperature coolant takes away the heat
of the server, the temperature rises, and the increased coolant
enters the board to re-cool to complete the cycle; the coolant can
be 3M electronic fluorinated liquid FC-40 with a boiling point of
up to 165℃, because the server's working temperature is normal The
single-phase liquid cooling technology can be realized if it does
not exceed 50°C. Single-phase liquid cooling requires a higher
boiling point of the cooling liquid, so that the control of the
evaporation loss of the cooling liquid is relatively simple, and
the compatibility with the components of IT equipment is relatively
good, and there is no need to frequently supplement the cooling
liquid; but its efficiency is lower than that of two-phase liquid
